摘要
选用碱式氯化铝 (BAC)和阴离子型聚丙烯酰胺 (APAM )作复合絮凝剂 ,在 pH4 5、BAC用量为 10mg/L (废糖蜜 )、APAM用量为 10mg/L (废糖蜜 )、絮凝温度 60℃条件下絮凝 ,无用固形物、总胶体、灰分去除率分别为 76 1%、 51 9%、 33 6%。
The organic macro-molecular flocculate(APAM) together with the coagulate base aluminum chloride(BAC) was selected as composite flocculates.The statistic optimization method demonstrated the optimal flocculating condition as follows:pH4 5,APAM was 10mg/L,BAC was 10mg/L,temperature was 60℃.The removal efficiency of useless solidity and all colloid and ash were 76 1%,51 9%,and 33 6% respectively.
