摘要 在 0 .1 mol/ L Hepes,p H 7.4的条件下 ,使用紫外差谱和铽 ( )荧光光谱观察了一些螯合剂对稀土 -转铁蛋白配合物 REC-apo Tf中 RE的脱除 .荧光滴定表明 ,螯合剂对 Tb C-apo Tf中铽 ( )的脱除按缔合机理进行 .当螯合剂为非伴阴离子时 ,脱除过程有 Tb C-apo Tf-L三元配合物中间体生成 ;当螯合剂为伴阴离子时 ,脱除过程有 L-Tb C-apo Tf三元配合物中间体生成 ;L-Tb C-apo Tf比 Tb C-apo Tf-L更有利于脱除反应的进行 ;HEDTA,EDTA和 NTA可定量地将 Tb C-apo Tf转化为 Tb-L或 Tb-L2 The removal of terbium from terbium apotransferrin by the chelate reagents, EDTA, HEDTA, CDTA, CIT, NTA, EDDA, IDA and SUC, were studied in 0.1 mol/L N (2 hydroxyethyl) piperazine N ′ 2 ethanesulfonic acid and pH 7.4 using UV differential spectra and fluorescence spectroscopies. Terbium fluorescence at 549 nm can be used to monitor the change from terbium apotransferrin to terbium chelate. In the process of terbium removal there exists an intermediate, which is a ternary complex formed from terbium apotransferrin (Tb C apoTf) and the chelate reagent (L). When L is a synergistic anion, the ternary complex is L Tb C apoTf while the ternary complex is Tb C apoTf L when L is a nonsynergistic anion. For the removal of terbium L Tb C apoTf is more effective than Tb C apoTf L. HEDTA, EDTA, NTA can make Tb C apoTf change into Tb L or Tb L 2 completely.
