摘要
研究了在室温及 0 .4mol/L H2 SO4 介质中碘离子对 KBr O3 氧化靛蓝胭脂红褪色反应的催化作用 ,建立了一种测定微量碘的新方法。碘离子浓度在0 .2 0~ 2 .0 μg/m L范围内与 ΔA呈线性关系 ,检测限为 0 .1 4μg/m L。多数常见离子无干扰 。
A catalytic spectrophotometric method for determination of trace amounts of iodide at 20℃ was developed, based on the catalytic effect of I - on the oxidation of indigo carmine by KBrO 3 in 0 4 mol/L H 2SO 4 medium. The linear calibration range and the detection limit are 0.20~2 0 μg/mL and 0.14 μg/mL for iodide, respectively. Most of the common ions did not interfere the determination of iodide. The method was applied to the determination of trace amounts of iodide in kelp with satisfactory results.
