摘要
目的：建立了阳光胶囊中淫羊藿苷含量的测定方法。方法：采用固相萃取与高效液相色谱法结合的分析技术，样品供试液用Ｓｅｐ－ＰａｋＣ１８微柱制备，用十八烷基硅统健合硅胶为固定相，６０％甲醇水为流动相，紫外检测，进行了线性范围、精密度、稳定性、加样回收试验。结果：平均回收率为９９．６％，ＲＳＤ为１．８％。结论：该法简便、高效、分析结果准确、可靠，适宜于本品的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of Icariin in the Chinese patent medicine of Yangguang Capsule. Methods: The technique of HPLC combined with solid - phase extraction (SPE) was applied. The testing solution was prepared with Sep - Pak C18 cartridges. Results: The average recovery was 99. 6 % (n = 5 ), RSD = 1. 8 %. conclusion: This method is simple, convenient, rapid, accurate and reliable, and can be used to control the quality of Yangguang Capsule.
