经营电子商务的最终目的是赢利 ,并在达到这一目的的过程中承担起对社会应尽的责任。互联网技术只是给了企业一种更好的手段 ,而企业发展的根源并不能脱离原来的实物基础。由于中国的国情同发达国家有所不同 ,因此更不能照办国外的做法。除了要注意正确的市场定位 ,电子商务同传统产业相结合外 。
The ultimate objective of electronic commerce is economic gain as well as assuming social responsibility. The Internet technology provides no more than a preferable instrument for enterprises and the root of enterprise development can not be broken away from the original real objects. China should not copy the way of developed countries as China has its own specific national conditions. The government should pay attention to the legislation of electronic commerce security in addition to its appropriate market orientation and combination with the traditional industry.
