我国呼叫中心产业在1998年后有了飞跃性的发展 ,截止到2000年底 ,呼叫中心座席总数达到79311个 ,市场规模83.59亿元。外包呼叫中心市场处于形成中的快速增长期 ,设备及软件供应商的数量、规模和实力大幅度提升 ,中国已成为亚太地区第二大呼叫中心市场。目前我国呼叫中心产业还存在不少问题和障碍 。
The Chinese call center industry has gone up by leaps and bounds since 1998, and as of end of 2000, the call center positions have amounted to 79311 with a market scale of 8.359 billion yuan. The outsourcing market of the call center service is in a snowball period while the number, scale and strength of equipment and software suppliers are stepping up by a big margin. China has become the second largest call center market in the Asia Pacific region. For the time being, quite a few problems and hurdles exist in the Chinese call center industry, which has an expansive room for development.
