摘要
分析了水土流失在农业生产、水利工程、洪涝灾害和生态环境等方面造成的危害 .提出了治理水土流失的生态工程建设和生物措施、工程措施以及耕作措施 .
This article has analysed the harm to agricultural product, irrigation works flood disaster and ecological environment caused by soil and water erosion and also put forward the construction of ecological project, biological measure, project measure and farming method.
