摘要 汽车生产对塑料件的要求以及汽车车型开发速度加快和不断降低成本的要求,迫 使汽车塑料件的生产厂家不断开发和采用新的生产工艺。注射模塑是生产汽车用塑料件的最 重要的技术。本文按照产品和其相应生产技术的发展程度,综述了汽车用塑料注塑件的特殊 注射方法和发展趋势,并对其中一些关键性技术作了介绍。 The requirements of plastic parts required for automotive pro duction,the rapid model developing of motor vehicle and the requirements of cont inuous cost reduction of automotive products force to develop and adopt continuo usly the new production processes by automotive plastic part manufacturers.The i njection moulding technology is the most important technology for producing auto motive plactic parts.According to the plastic part products and their correspond ing production technology developing level,the paper summarizes the special inje ction method of automotive plastic injection parts and its developing trend and some key technologies.
