摘要
针对区域在国家内部相对的完整性、独立性以及独特的“个性”等特征 ,区域创新系统在其构建时 ,就不能完全照搬国家创新系统的做法 ,需要按照各个区域的特色来设计区域创新系统。文章以淄博市为例 ,对区域创新系统的设计原则、目标定位。
Because of many regional characters like integration, independence and individuality and so on, thus, when a regional innovative system needs to be constructed, the methods of constructing native innovative system cannot be entirely imitated. It is very important to design each regional innovative system according to each region's characters. Following the example of regional innovative system in Zibo city, the paper mainly puts forward the design principles, development direction, schedule and basic elements of the systematic frame.
