摘要
以三相 WC+ γ+石墨合金中各相含量同合金密度 d和比饱和磁化强度 4πσ的定量关系为基础 ,论述了用 d和 4πσ无损测定 WC- Ni系高碳硬质合金的游离碳的原理。用密度测定时的精度 (相对误差 )为 4‰ ,用比饱和磁化强度测定时的精度为 1%。
The nondestructive measure principle for free carbon in WC-Ni high-carbon cemented carbides has been exponded on the basis of the quantitative relationships of every phase content in sample with the density d and the specific saturation magnization 4πσ of sample. The method is accurate to within four per mille (by d alone) and to within one per cent (by 4πσ and d).
