摘要
研究了用超声波探伤方法检测铝合金挤压棒材的缩尾缺陷。结合生产试验,与低倍检查进行对比分析,实现了无损检测,取代了低倍抽样检查,提高了成品率,保证了产品质量。
The shrinkage cavity defects in tail of extruded aluminium alloy ba r are studied by ultrasonic wave detection. Combined the production, ultrasonic-detection is compared with conventioncal low-powered microscope inspection, nondestructive inspection is realized. Its can replace the conventional low-powered microscope inspection, increase the productivity and assure the quality of products.
