摘要
采用收获法对三江平原湿地毛果苔草种群地上生物量增长规律进行了分析 ,通过样方法和抽样法进行了比较。结果表明 ,样方法和抽样法的生物量增长的季节动态变化规律基本一致 ,皆呈单峰型曲线 ;对样方法和抽样法的地上生物量生长量 (BI)和地上生物量累积生长量 (ABI)的季节动态进行曲线拟合 ,规律性明显 ,抽样法比样方法更显出优越 ,更符合实际情况 ,表明地上生物量的增长和净积累集中于地上生物量的高峰期之前 ,只是最大积累速率稍有差异。
By harvest method, the analysis on the growing law of aboveground biomass of Carex lasiocarpa population from Sanjiang Plain wetland showed that the seasonal dynamic change of biomass abtained with Quadrat method or in sampling is the same, in which all appeared monopeaks curve, and then the seasonal dynamic change of biomass increment (BI) and accumulation biomass increment (ABI) in Quadrat method or in sampling are simulated by curve, it had the obvious regularity, the sampling methods was advantageous to the Quadrat method, and it matched the actual state, which indicated that there were little difference in the largest accumulative rate when the growing and net accumulation of ground biomass were concentrated before reaching their peak value.
