摘要
介绍了低温恒温箱测控系统的硬、软件设计方法 ,通过单片机接口电路的合理扩展 ,使整个硬件系统更简单、可靠 ,通过X2 5 0 45芯片的使用 ,使系统实现了自动化标定与校准 ;该设备中的空气压缩机采用调频技术 。
The paper introduces a method of designing the hardware and software of low temperature and constant temperature box test and control system. This method makes the whole hardware system simpler and more reliable by the rational extent of SCM interface circuit. By using X25045 CMOS chip, this system achieved automatic orientation and calibration. The air compressor of the equipment made refrigeration achieve PID adjustment of by adopting frequency modulation technique.
