摘要
测定了小麦细胞质雄性不育系不同发育时期过氧化物酶活性 ,结果表示 :在花药败育之前 ,不育系叶片、花药过氧化物酶活性与保持系无明显差异 ;在花药败育之后 ,不育系花药过氧化物酶活性则明显高出保持系 .花药过氧化物酶活性的显著提高可能是导致小麦细胞质雄性不育的原因之一 .
The activity of peroxidase of different development stages of cytoplasmic male sterile lines (CMS) was tested.The results showed that before the anthers were aborted,the activity of peroxidase of CMS in leaves and anthers didnif show obvious difference with that of their maintainers,while after the an thers were aborted,the activity of peroxidase of CMS in anthers was obvious stronger than that of their maintainers.This was probably one of the reasons that caused the anthers aborted.
