摘要
通过变频器控制潜油电泵电机的转速 ,使潜油电泵的排量与油井供液相匹配 ,在油井供液不足时 ,潜油电泵的转速自动下降。这样达到潜油电泵连续运转 ,避免频繁启、停对电泵机组、电缆的损害 ,实现节能和延长电泵井检泵周期的目的。为低能量电泵井的正常生产提供了一条新途径。
When rotary speed of electric submersible pump is controlled by frequency-converter,the discharge capacity can match with oil well productivity.That it is,when oil well undersupplies,the rotary speed of electric submersible pump will slow automatically.Thus,electric submersible pump will run in a row,the damage on unit and cable causing by starting-stopping frequently will be avoided,and the goal of energy-saving and prolonging pump detection period are achieved.This technology gives a new way for keeping normal production of low-energy electric submersible pump.
