摘要
思想政治工作与企业文化建设两者相互重合、交叉、渗透，并统一于两个文明建设的实践之中。思想政治工作融入到企业文化建设中，不仅能推动企业文化建设向纵深发展，还能促进思想政治工作的不断创新，从而提高思想政治工作的质量、水平，促进职工队伍素质和企业经济效益稳步发展。
Ideological and political work and the construction of enterprise culture should overlap, cross and infiltrate with each other and should be integrated into the practice of the construction of the'two civilizations', which, in the writer's opinion, can promote not only the development of enterprise culture construction but also the increasing innovation of ideological and political work, and as a result, raise the level of ideological and political work, the quality of the staff and the economic benefit of enterprises.
