摘要
将鱼尾板简化为“铰+扭转弹簧”结构,建立了鱼尾板静弯矩的简化算法,与较为准确的双层叠合梁方法相比,误差约为±10%比照钢轨动弯应力算法,对其中的速度系数和横向水平力系数进行了适当修正,建立了鱼尾板动弯应力准静态算法,并与现场实测数据进行了对比,验证了算法的实用性。
A calculation method for the static moment of rail splices is presented by simplifying the rail splices into the structure of a hinge plus torsional springs, and is compared with the comparatively accurate double laminated beam method, with an error of about ±10%. Through modifying the velocity and the lateral force coefficients, the quasi-static calculation method for the dynamic bending stress of rail splices for frozen joint is proposed based on the calculation method for the dynamic bending stress of rails. The method is validated by comparing the calculated results and the data from field test.
