摘要 研制了高效乙腈加氢催化剂 ,详细考察了工艺条件的影响 .在合适工艺条件下 ,乙腈的转化率接近 10 0 % ,产物中乙胺的量小于 1% ,三乙胺和二乙胺的比例可用改变工艺条件调节 ,从几乎 10 0 %到约 33% ;催化剂稳定性很好 ,乙腈中含水 10 %对结果无影响 . Ethylamines are one kind of basic organic materials. The technology manufacturing ethylamines from the hydrogenation of acetonitrile that is a main by-product of acrylonitrile production from the ammoxidation of propene is of potential. In this paper, a high performance catalyst is developed for the hydrogenation of acetonitrile in gas phase, and the effects of reaction conditions are studied in detail. The results are satisfactory: the conversion of acetonitrile is almost 100% at the optimum reaction conditions; the content of mono-ethylamine in the product is trace and that of triethylamine can be adjusted from very near 100wt% to about 33wt% by changing reaction conditions. The stability of the catalyst is excellent, and up to 10wt% water in acetonitrile material has no effect on the performance of catalyst. Comparing with other processes manufacturing ethylamines, acetonitrile hydrogenation is a real green technology and produces little emission of pollutants.
