摘要
本文引用一种称为“信息传输”的理论研究局灶性癫痫脑电。比较了正常人和局灶性癫痫病患者以及患者在诱发癫痫发作的不同时期的大脑皮层信息传输。发现局灶性癫痫病人的大脑皮层信息传输有非常特殊的现象。正常人的信息传输量各导联之间没有特别规律 ,而局灶性癫痫病人痫性导联与其它导联的皮层信息传输量有明显增加 ;在患者病情发作的不同时期 ,信息传输量也有明显不同。
We used the method that was described by Vastano J.A.and Swinney H.L. [4] to compute the information transmission of human brain cortex based on the EEG time series.By comparing that of normal subjects and partial epileptic patients,it was observed that there are some interesting contrasts between the normal persons and partial epileptic patients;between that before seizures and in seizures.The information transmission activities among leads in normal subjects approach to randomization;but the differences appear at about 3~7 seconds before the seizures and the complexities of information transmission series are obviously higher between the epileptic lead(s) and the others in partial epileptic patients.The results suggest that the method could be used to predict the seizures and worthy in the research or diagnoses of partial epilepsy disease.
