摘要
作为一种智能材料,磁流变流体已经被用于振动和冲击控制、地震衰减控制、速度和加速度控制、无动作部件液压阀的设计以及光学元件研磨和抛光等领域。本文将磁流变流体用于溢流阀的设计,给出了磁流变流体溢流阀的结构及数学模型,并对新型溢流阀进行了仿真和试验研究。
Being as a smart material, magneto-rheological fluid has been used in many fields such as: vibration and shock control, seismic control, displacement and speed control, fluid elements absent of moving parts, polishing and finishing, and so on. Magnetorheological fluid can be changed into semi-solid state when it is exposed to a magnetic field, and recovered when the magnetic field is removed. Using this theory, a new type relief valve is developed. When the power of coil in the valve is on, magneto-rheological fluid flowing through the torus will change to semi-solid. Only when the supply pressure is high enough, the fluid can continue to flow. The rating pressure of new type valve is 1 MPa, flow rate is 10 1/min. The construction and working principle are introduced, and the pressure-flow characteristics are studied and tested.
