曲面实时插补无干涉刀轨的生成方法 被引量:5

METHOD FOR GENERATING INTERFERENCE-FREE TOOL PATH FOR REAL-TIME SURFACE INTERPOLATION

摘要 提出一种数控加工中曲面实时插补无干涉刀轨生成方法。该方法既能在加工中实时产生无干涉刀位轨迹 ,同时也能方便地确定因避免产生干涉而出现的切不足区域 ,以便该区域的后续加工。 A method for generating interference-free tool-path for NC machining surfaces is suggested . Not only can it be used to real-time generate interference-free tool-path but to determinate the undercut region occurred for avoiding interference for which it is conveniently to subsequently machine the region.
