氯化稀土与NaY沸石的水热交换

摘要 本文研究了混合氯化稀土与NaY沸石在水溶液中离子交换平衡和动力学,测定了140~240℃之间的等温线和交换反应速度;并考察了交换后冷却过程中被交换离子的逆向移动情况,以及交换温度对沸石结构的影响。得出了有利于水热交换的温度条件,以及有关热力学和动力学参数。 The equilibrium and kinetics were studied for ion exchange reaction of NaY zeolite with R_EC1_3 solution. The isotherms and kinetic data between 140℃ and 240℃ were obtained. The inverse shift during cooling and the influence of ion exchange temperature on zealite structure were also investigated. Some thermodynatic and kinetic parameters were obtained. And the suitable temperature range for the investigated ion exchange system was proved to be 180~220℃.
