摘要
用二乙基亚硝胺诱发大鼠肝癌模型 ,通过病理学与影像学进行对照检查 ,证实成功诱发出肝癌病灶模型 ,并具有与人相象的病变过程及病理学变化特征 ,同时具有人肝癌相似的影像学表现 。
The aim of present study was to establish a rat model of hepatocellular carcinomas(HCCs) with chemical carcinogen and explored its application in the fields of image analysis and molecular biology.30 female wistar rats were randomly divided six groups averagely, a group is blank control one. Other groups rats drinked the water with DENA for 14 weeks.During tumor inductiveperiod,15 wistar rats died,the death rate is 60% (15/25).At pathology autopsy,the HCCs,nodules varied 2~5mm in diameter.On plain CT images,the TR(ms)/TE(ms) of T1 weighted images is 2000/20 and the one of T2 weigh images is 2000/90. The rat model with HCCs induced with DENA and human hepatocellular carcinoma have similar forming procession.It is an ideal animal model of clinical medicine study.
