摘要
摄食铁强化食品通常被认为是预防和治疗缺铁性贫血的有效措施。元素铁粉在国外是一种被广泛应用的食品铁强化剂。随着钠米材料制备技术的提高 ,可将元素铁粉制成超微细粉末 ,以期进一步提高铁粉的相对生物利用率 ,并改善铁粉的其他应用性能。
