摘要
研究涡流空气分级机内固体浓度对其分级指标的影响 ,得出随着固体浓度的增大 ,物料分散性变差 ,分离粒径减小 ,分级效率和分级精度指数降低 。
This paper treats the effects of solids loading on particles classification in a turbo classifier.It was observed that the material dispersion in the classifier became worse as the solids loading increased while the particle cut size,the classifying efficiency,and the precision index decreased.To optimizing turbo classifier operation with favorable distribution of solids,the material loading must be ina reasonable range.
