摘要
本文探讨未来 2 0年的就业战略面临的形势、目标及对策思路。就业形势 :劳动力供给远远大于需求 ;战略目标 :增加就业岗位 ,提高劳动者整体素质 ,建立劳动力市场配置机制 ;战略对策 :保持经济持续增长 ,改善就业结构 ,提高就业容量 ,加速城市化进程 ,降低劳动力参与率 ,利用国际市场拓展就业空间。
This paper discusses the situation to be confronted, goals and objectives to be achieved, and the measures to be taken when employment strategy is implemented in the future 20 years. The situation might be that the supply of labor will be far more than the demand. The goals and objectives are to increase the employment positions, improve the overall quality of labor force, and establish market mechanism for allocating labor force. The measures to be taken include the maintenance of continuous economic growth, the improvement of employment structure as well as employment capacity, the quick urbanization, the decrease of the rate of labor participation, and the use of international market to increase the employment.
