摘要
从经济发展水平、产业相对优势和企业所有权优势三个方面来看 ,福建的经济发展已经临近对外直接投资较快增长的阶段 ,但条件尚未完全成熟。过早地大规模对外直接投资 ,会面临较大的投资风险。当前的政策重点应是针对福建的具体情况 。
Fujian's economic development, its comparat ive advantage in industry a nd its advantage in enterprise ownership, all point to Fujian's economy as close to the stage of rapid development of direct investments abroad. However, condit ions are not completely mature and there would be high investment risks if large -scale direct investments abroad were made now. It is argued that policy makers should pay special attention to the present economic situation in Fujian and put emphasis on creating and perfecting the conditions for developing Fujian's dire ct investments abroad.
