高氧化还原电位酸性水杀菌效果与腐蚀性 被引量:10

摘要 用载体定量杀菌试验与金属腐蚀试验,检测高氧化还原电位酸性水原液(氧化还原电位为 1185~1189mV, pH2.31~2.39,含有效氯53~60mg/L)杀菌效果与腐蚀性。结果,对布片上金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌作用 5 min,杀灭率均为 100%;对布片上枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞作用 40 min,杀灭率为99.88%。有机物对其杀菌作用无明显影响。该液对不锈钢无腐蚀作用,对碳钢、铜、铝有中度腐蚀作用。 Carrier quantitative germicidal test and metal corrosion test were used to examine the germicidal efficacy and corrosiveness of the stock solution of electrolyzed oxidizing water (EOW) with high redox Potential (the redox potential was 1185-1189 mV, pH was 2.31-2.39 and available chlorine content was 53-60 mg / L). The results showed that the killing rate of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichid coli on cloth strips exposed to the EOW stock solution for 5 min was 100% and that of the spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger on cloth strips exposed for 40 min was 99.88%. The organic substance did not influence significantly its germicidal efficacy. The EOW stock solution had no corrosive effect on the stainless steel and had moderate corrosive effect on carbon steet copper and aluminum.
