摘要
目的：复制非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病(non insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus, NIDDM)模型。方法：给大鼠尾静脉注射小剂量链尿佐菌素，使大鼠糖耐量异常，然后加喂高热量食物。结果：8周后形成NIDDM模型。结论：胰岛素敏感指数可准确反应胰岛素受体数目的多少。
Objective: To establish establishing a model of non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM). Method: We injected rats with small dose streptozocoi (i.v.). Two weeks after the injection, the rats developed impaired glucose tolerance. Then, they were fed with high energy diet. Results: After eight weeks. NIDDM Model was formed. Insulin sensitive index was decreased compared with controls (P<0.01). Conclusion: Insulin sensitive index may show accurate the number of the insulin receptors.
