摘要
目的 改进黄杨宁质量标准。方法 TLC分离检查了黄杨宁中共存 2种杂质 ;采用酸性染料比色法测定了黄杨宁含量。结果 提高了杂质检查方法的专属性和可靠性。含量测定黄杨宁在 1.6~ 8.0 μg·mL-1范围内有良好的线性关系 ,含量测定结果较之非水滴定法无显著性差异。
OBJECITVE To improve and establish the quality standard of cyclovirobuxine D. METHODS Thin layer chromatography was used to separate and test two impurities in the cyclovirobuxine D preparation. Acid dye colorimetry was used for the determination of cyclovirobuxine D. RESULTS The TLC method was highly specific and reliable. The linearity of cyclovirobuxine D was obtained over the range of 1.58 [similar to] 7.9 μg·mL -1. There was no difference between the acid-dye colorimetry and the nonaqueous titration. CONCLUSION This standard was capable to effectively control the quality of cyclovirobuxine D. The determination method proposed here is much more sensitive than the nonaqueous titration.
