摘要
目的 :探讨白内障晶体半脱位超声乳化的手术技术要点及手术技巧。方法 :对 17例 17眼白内障晶体半脱位的患者行白内障超声乳化吸出联合后房型囊袋内人工晶体植入手术 ,并对手术技术的要点及技巧进行了研究。结果 :术后 14例前房反应与正常超声乳化相同 ;3 0天视力大于或等于 0 .8者 10例 ,大于或等于 0 .5者 13例 ;矫正视力 1.0者 11例 ,大于或等于 0 .5者 15例 ;人工晶体位于中央者 13例 ;人工晶体偏心 4例 ;术后继发青光眼 3例。结论 :对白内障晶状体半脱位行小切口超声乳化吸出联合囊袋内后房型人工晶体植入手术 ,术后并发症少 ,视力恢复好 ,为此类病人的最佳手术方法。
Objective: To study the main point and technology of cataract phacoemulsification in lens subluxation. Methods: 17 cases (17 eyes) of lens subluxation were given cataract phacoemulsification and post chamber IOL implantations in capsule. Results: The postoperative reactions in anterior chambers of 14 cases were same as those of routine phacoemulsification procedures. 30 days postoperatively, the visual acuities were 0.8 or better in 10 cases, 0.5 or better in 13 cases. The corrected visual acuities were 1.0 in 11 cases, 0.5 or better in 15 cases. There were centered IOLs in 13 cases, eccentric IOLs in 4 cases. Postoperative secondary glaucoma appeared in 3 cases. Conclusion: Phacoemulsification of small incision combining PC-IOL implantation in capsule for the cataract with lens subluxation shown well-recovered visual acuities and few complications.
