摘要
目的和方法 采用胡颓子科野生类植物沙棘提取物灌胃 Wistar老龄鼠 30 d后 ,观察类其对老龄鼠脑组织脂褐素 (L ipofusion)的影响及血清中脂质过氧化物 (MDA)水平。结果 实验组老龄鼠脑组织脂褐素含量及血清中脂质过氧化物水平明显低于老龄鼠对照组。结论 沙棘提取物是一种较强抗氧化剂 。

Objective and Method To observe the effect Buckthron extract on lipofusion in the cerebral tissues and the levels of MDA in serum.Results The levels of lipofusion and MDA were decreased significantly in the experimental group compaired with the contral group.Conclusions Buckthron extract is a anti oxidized drug and decreases significantly in the level of lipofusion
