摘要
目的 比较体外培养的瘤细胞对重离子和γ射线的辐射敏感性。方法 以人肝癌SMMC 772 1、宫颈癌HeLa和小鼠黑色素瘤B16细胞为材料 ,用集落形成法研究了细胞经γ射线和重离子处理后的存活情况。结果 细胞经γ射线处理后均表现为有肩区的存活曲线 ,属多靶击中模型。细胞经重离子处理后表现为无肩区的存活曲线 ,属单靶击中模型 ,在细胞存活分数为 5 0 %和 10 %时得到SMMC 772 1、HeLa、B16细胞的RBE值分别为 3 40、2 76、4 6 7和 1 88、1 5 3、2 2 2。结论 在相同剂量下 。
Objective To compare the radio-sensitivity of various tumo r cells irradiated with heavy ions and γ-rays.Methods The cell lines for test were human hepatoma SMMC-7721,HeLa and melanoma B16 cells, afte r treated with γ-rays and heavy ion, the survivors were studied by colony-for mation assays.Results The survival curves of γ-rays had shoul ders and showed as multi-target models; The survival curves of heavy ions showe d as lines and one-target models, when survival fractions were 50% and 10%, the RBE of SMMC-7721,HeLa and B16 cells were 3.40?2.76?4 67 and 1.88?1 53?2 22,respectively. Conclusion Under the same dose, heavy ions could kill the tumor cells more efficiently
