摘要
目的 :测定黄芪精中黄芪甲苷的含量。方法 :采用 HPL C法。色谱柱 Ultrasphere- ODS 5μm 4.6 m m× 2 5 cm ;流动相乙腈0 .1%磷酸 (33∶ 6 7) ;检测波长 2 0 3nm;流速 1ml· m in- 1 。结果 :平均回收率 98.2 0 % ,RSD2 .13%。结论
OBJECTIVE:To establish a HPLC method for the determination of Astragaloside Ⅳ in Huang Qi Jing.METHOD:A Ultrasphere ODS colum (5μm,4.6mm×25cm) was used with a mobile phase of acetonitrile 0.1% phosphoric acid (33∶67).The detection wavelength was 203nm.The flow rate was 1ml·min -1 .RESULTS:The average recovery was 98.20% (RSD 2.13%).CONCLUSION:The method is suitable for assay of Astragaloside Ⅳ in Huang Qi Jing.
