摘要
目的 :观察经环孢霉素A(CyclosporinA ,CyA)处理的大鼠实验性牙髓炎病程进展情况 ,探讨CyA对大鼠牙髓炎发展过程的影响。方法 :CyA处理组大鼠与对照组大鼠双侧下颌第一磨牙人工机械露髓后旷置口腔 ,于术后 3,7,14天分批处死动物 ,选取每个磨牙的近远中根管进行组织学并测量不同时期牙髓坏死长度。结果 :牙髓在露髓后出现炎症反应和组织坏死 ,CyA处理组炎症反应稍弱。组织学测量发现术后 3 ,7,14天 ,CyA处理组牙髓坏死百分率明显低于对照组。 结论 :免疫抑制剂CyA改变了大鼠牙髓炎病变过程。
Objective:To investigate histologically and histometrically the changes of pulpal lesions in control and cyclosporin A(CyA) treated rats.Methods:The pulps of the first lower molars of nine normal and nine CyA treated rats were exposed and left open into the oral cavity.Three animals of each group were sacrificed after 3,7 and 14 days of the pulp exposure.The specimens were sectioned sagittally at a thickness of 5μm and evaluated histologically and histometrically.Results:Histologically,the pulpal necrosis extended gradually from the coronal part of the pulpal tissue to the apex after pulp exposure.The pulpal inflammation of CyA teated group was weaker than that of control group.Histometrically,the length of pulpal necrosis increased gradually from 3 to 14 days.The pulpal lesions were smaller in CyA treated group than those of controlled group in all studied periods,and the differences between both groups were statistically significant.Conclusion:CyA can inhibit the development of pulpal lesions in rats.
