摘要
研制了一种较高碳量( w(C)=0.7%~ 0.8% )的通过多种合金元素合金化的耐磨铸钢。通过不同淬火温度不同回火温度对力学性能及耐磨性的影响的研究,结果表明,试验钢在 900℃淬火 300℃回火时能获得较好的力学性能及耐磨性,并在实际应用中得到了证实。
A wear- resistant alloyed cast steel of higher carbon 0.7%~ 0.9% was studied.The effects of mechanical and wear resistance properties of different squeezed and tempered temperatures were investgated. It was showed that the better property was gained in squeezed temperature 900℃ and tempered temperatures 300℃ ,and the tested steel was successfully used to make wear- resistant under the working condition of low stress and impact.
