摘要 本文从有机化学基本理论出发,比较双酚A环氧树脂中各种氯的反应活性,说明非活性氯的可水解性,并通过较多的实验数据说明用改进后的"水解萃取法"测定双酚A环氧树脂总氯含量方法的快速与简便性、结果的稳定可靠性.使用这种方法的关键在于选择合适的溶剂、足够的碱浓度及加热回流时间. In this paper, we started off the fundamental theory of organic chemistry, by comparing the reactivity of all kinds of chlorine in bisphenol A epoxy resin, in order to declair hydrolysis of nonreactive chlorine, and demonstrated with a large number of experimental data that 'hydrolysis extraction technique' modified by us is a fast and simple method in analysis for determining total chlorine content in bisphenol A epoxy resin and offers the stable and reliable results for us. The key to the use of this technique lies in selecting appropriate solvents, a certain basicity and time enough for return flow in heating.
