摘要
目前国内外对社区服务的评价尚未建立定量的评估体系，本文填补了此项空白，开创性地提出了一系列观点与方法。
Up to now,the objective and fair quantifieation evaluation systrm.On the community srevice has not leen yet established at home and abroad,but this paper has achieved such system.It initially raise a series of unique views and methods.
