摘要
介绍了合成葡萄糖酸锌的各种方法 ,并对其方法的可行性进行了述评 .合成葡萄糖酸锌的方法 ,常见的有复分解法、空气催化氧化法、离子交换树脂法、发酵法、电解法等 .通过比较 ,可用于工业化生产的较好方法是采用成对电解法 ,该方法具有流程短、费用低、污染少。
In this article the methods of synthetic of Zinc gluconate has been introduced and the feasibilities of them has been reviewed .The methods of synthetic of Zinc gluconate usually has double decomposition reaction, catalytic oxidation ,ion exchange resin ,ferment, electrolysis ,and et al .By means of comparison ,we conclude that the better method which could use in industry is the paired electrolysis of glucose ,because this method has the advantage of short flow, low cost ,less pollution, and high purity of products.
