摘要
介绍了自行研制的面向工业过程的集散控制系统,包括现场控制站和操作员站的主要功能和设计特点。多变量解耦控制的工程化实现和顺序控制组态系统的设计,使系统可适用于复杂的工业过程。在一大型啤酒糖化和发酵生产过程中,采用了顺序控制、预估技术Smith和多变量控制,降低了能耗,提高了啤酒的产量和质量,取得了每年多万元的经济效益。
This paper introduces the distributed control system for industrial process-oriented, including its functions and design characteristics for field control station and operator station. The engineering implement of multivariable decoupling control and sequence control configuration system design are suited for complicated industrial processes. Applied to saccharification and fermentation for a large beer production, the system decreases loss of energy and improves output and quality of beer, thus gains the economic benefits of 10 million yuans and more every year. ;;;;
