摘要
通过适当的预处理工艺 ,在烧结 Nd- Fe- B永磁体表面直接实现化学镀 Ni- Cu- P,不需要预镀处理。用 X-射线衍射仪、扫描电镜分析了镀层的结构和表面形貌 ,测试了镀层的耐蚀性能和结合强度。结果表明 ,Nd- Fe- B永磁体经化学镀 Ni- Cu- P后 ,可以获得与基体结合良好、孔隙率低、耐蚀性高的镀层。
Ni Cu P alloy coating could directly been deposited on the surface of Nd Fe B perpetual magnets,need not pre deposited Ni P coating on it,only through proper pre treatment its surface.XRD and SEM were used to analyses the microstructure and morphology of the coating respectively.The corrosion resistance and adhesion of Ni Cu P coating was determined by wet hot test and regular adhesiontest method respectively.The experiment results showed elecroless Ni Cu P coating plating on the surface of Nd Fe B permanent magnets has good corrosion resistance,strong adhesion performances and low prosity.
