摘要
介绍了应用减压膜蒸馏法浓缩钛白水解废酸的实验结果 ,结果表明 :18% (质量分数 ,下同 )左右的钛白水解废酸通过减压膜蒸馏直接浓缩 ,其浓度只能达到 31%~ 32 % ,而同样浓度的纯硫酸溶液却能浓缩到 65 5 % ;钛白废酸中的钛对膜蒸馏过程影响不大 ,而亚铁却是过程的最主要干扰因素。
The paper described the experiment on the upgrading of TiO 2 hydrolysis waste H 2SO 4.The results show that 18% of TiO 2 hydrolysis waste H 2SO 4 is directly upgraded by VMD only up to 31%~32%concentration(mass%),while the pure H 2SO 4 solution of same concentration can be upgraded by VMD up to 65.5%,and VMD process is affected mostly by FeSO 4.
