摘要
针对莱钢特钢厂 5 0 t电炉原钢包严重变形等问题 ,设计新钢包 ,采用焊接式钢包外壳 ,并进行加强 ,同时对耳轴强度进行校核。实际使用证明 ,满足了生产要求 。
To counter the problems of serious deformation and so on of the original ladle used for 50t electric furnace of the special steel plant in Laiwu iron and steel Co.,Ltd.,welded ladle shell is adopted in design of new ladle,reinforced ribs in the bottom of ladle are adopted,at the same time,the trunnion strength and weld strength are checked too.The practical use has proved that it has met the demands of production and has removed a hidden danger for safety.
