In the course of compiling of this rule,We've consulted the similar U.S military standard MIL-S-12504D and MIL-S-11310E, and then revised GJB 398-87 carbon steels for projectile.The different technical datas of the revised standard-GJB 398A-98 are in the same level comparing with the U.S military standard.
