摘要
为探求茶叶香气提取的最佳方法及条件 ,对 4种树脂进行了对比试验 ,筛选出 XAD- 2树脂作为柱吸附法的吸附剂 .采用 GC和 GC- MS对柱吸附法和水蒸汽蒸馏同时萃取法 (SDE法 )制备的香精油进行了定性和定量分析 ,SDE法与柱吸附法得到的香精油总量分别为 87.93,2 6 .6 2 ,醇类、醛类、酮类、酯类、含氮化合物等的含量 ,SDE法是柱吸附法的 3.7,4.0 ,3.0 ,4.5和 5 .2倍 .SDE法可得到大量的吡咯、吡嗪类化合物 .SDE法在香气提取过程中产生一些化合物的合成与降解反应 ,而柱吸附法的次生反应较少 .
To work out a good method of tea aroma extraction and study its conditions,XAD-2 resin was selected as an absorbent of absorptive column method on the basis of the results of comparison experiments of four resins. The essential oil prepared by the absorptive column method and the simultaneous distillated extraction method(SDE) was identified and quantified by GC and GC-MS. The total contents of essential oil by the absorptive column method and SDE were 87.93 and 26.62,respectively. The contents of the alcohols,aldehydes,ketones,esters and nitrogenous compounds by SDE were 3.7,4.0,3.0,4.5 and 5.2 times than those by absorptive column method.A lot of pyrazines,pyrroles,furans were obtained by SDE.Some formation and decomposition reactions happened during the extraction by SDE,but such secondary reactions were few during the extraction by absorptive column method.
