摘要
目的 :探讨建立功能性消化不良 (FD)的动物模型方法。方法 :适度夹尾刺激大鼠 ,每次 30 m in,每日 4次 ,连续刺激 1周 ,观察其饮水、进食量的变化及胃机械运动的频率和幅度 ,并与正常组作对照。结果 :模型组大鼠出现食少 ,与正常组比较差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,同时胃收缩频率、幅度均下降 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :适度夹尾刺激制造的 FD模型 ,符合 FD动物模型的生物学特征 ,可用于实验研究。
Objective:To study the methods for establishing the animal model of functional dyspepsia(FD).Methods:Enraged the rats by moderately stimulating the tails of rats,every time 30 minutes,four times per day and made the rats continuous enraging for a week.Results:The food intake and water intake,and the gastric contraction freguency and amplitude of the model groups were decreased significantly than the control groups(P< 0 05 ).Conclusion:The animal model established by stimulating rat tail is in line with the biology characteristic of FD,can be used in experimental study.
