摘要
在醇和表面活性剂存在下 ,利用晶种晶析法将DL 氨基丙酸进行光学拆分制备L 氨基丙酸 ,再经酯化、硼氢化钠还原合成L 氧氟沙星的重要中间体 (S) (+ ) 氨基丙醇。收率为 83 %。
Photoresolution of racemic α-amino propionic acid was readily accomplished by using non-surfactant and alcohol and by adding inoculation crystall.L-α-amino propionic acid with high optical purity(99 5%)was obtained.(S)-(+)-2-amino propanol was achieved by esterification and by sodium borohydride reduction of L-α-amino propionic acid,the best yield was 83%.
