摘要
“后勤滞后”是长期以来困扰医院管理者的难解之题 ,“小而全”的医院后勤模式 ,将被社会化、专业化的新模式所替代。有序剥离一部分后勤产业 ,有利于调整后勤管理思路 ,探索医院管理新路子。
Laggard rear-service is a difficult issue that has troubled hospital manager for a long period of time. Small but all-round hospital rear-service pattern will be substituted by a new, socialized, and professional pattern. Part rear-service industries should be separated orderly, rear-service management strategies should be adjusted, new ways of hospital management should be explored.
