摘要 对盐胁迫下无花果不同耐盐性品种生理变化的试验表明,耐盐性强的品种在盐处理期间叶片含水量下降幅度小,细胞膜透性增幅也较小,可溶性糖增加量较大,而脯氨酸的积累量则较小,耐盐性较弱的品种其上述变化则相反。可以认为,本试验中测定的几种生理变化与品种耐盐性间具有较高的相关性,如配以合适的度量值均可作为评价无花果耐盐性的参考生理指标。 Some Physiological changes in relation to salt tolerance of fig cultivars ( Ficus carica L. ) were studied with pot grown cutting seedlings in soil containing 0. 3% NaCl in order to find out suitable physiological indexes for evaluation of salt tolerance. The results indicated that salt stress resulted in decreases in water content and increases in cell membrane permeability in fig leaves. The decreases and increases were correlated negatively with salt tolerance of fig cultivars. On the other hand, the content of soluble sugars and free proline in leaves increased during salt treatment, but the increase in the former was correlated negatively to the salt tolerance of the cultivars,while in the latter,correlated positively. These physiological parameters could be used as indexes for the evaluation of salt tolerance of fig plant.
