摘要
本文针对大型铸件浇注时的不同初始温度,编制了适用的计算程序。该程序给定的初始值误差在10℃以内,为凝固解析程序提供了较准确的初始条件。
A program suitable for simulating the solidification processing of heavy section castings is developed.The new approach to calculate the initial tem- peratures is presented.Experimental results indicate that the method is fea- sible and difference between the actual initial temperatures and calculations is less than 10℃.
